Program for the week
Monday to Friday, we meet at 6:30am. It takes 50 min.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Meet at the Icebergs. We start with some light stretching & Wim Hof breathing. Then go in the pool. Then go in the sauna. Then in the pool again. We finish sharing gratitude and an intention for the day. If you want to stay longer, you can do an other round of sauna & cold water.
Tuesday & Thursday: Meet at the Outdoor Gym. We start with some light stretching, then a 7-min workout, then some Wim Hof breathing. Then we go in the cold Ocean. Then we gather for some tea, share some gratitude and an intention for the day.

Who is it for?
I only want people who are committed. The warrior week is for warriors, people who are not afraid to step outside the comfort zone.
If you join, please make sure you commit to coming at least 4 out of 5 days.
I will take a group of max 4 people. You will connect with very like-minded people and probably make friends for life.
If done seriously, this week will completely empower you and transform your life!
How to get started?
I ask for a contribution of $60 for the week.
This does NOT include the $8 fee to enter the Icebergs on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
All you need is swimmers, a towel and a lot of motivation.
What is the Wim Hof method?
The Wim Hof method is a combination of breathing exercises and cold exposure.

I am NOT a certified Wim Hof method facilitator. This week is simply a gathering of like-minded people who want to practice this method together.
I have been practicing it personally for about a year now, especially last winter in Bondi Beach, and I love it and want to share it with others.
