Meditation is an important foundation of my growth and I wanted to explore more techniques.
Vipassana is the technique that was taught by the Buddha 2,500 years ago. It is quite an intense technique and requires a 10-day silent retreat to learn it, where you meditate about 10 hours a day.
Vipassana has been celebrated by some of the brightest people like Sam Harris or Yuval Noah Harari.
