Day 18 🚀 Create a ripple effect

Every choice you make create a self-reinforcing loop. For example, if I get drunk, I won’t sleep well and will lack willpower the next day. I will then eat unhealthy food and skip my meditation, making it even worse. I won’t do any work and I’ll feel miserable.

On the contrary, when I feel rested and have my willpower, I do my routine and feel empowered. It creates a virtuous cycle. Do this every day and you can build an amazing life.

So as you see, it’s all about making the right small but consistent actions that create an amazing life. Because they all compound. This is what the ripple effect is.
