Day 1 πŸš€ Be mindful of how you feed your mind

Congrats again on taking action towards feeding your mind with empowering content.

Sadly, most people constantly feed their mind with negativity, blame, fear or anger. They watch the news and think the world is a scary place. They watch advertising and think material possessions will make them happy. I could talk about it for hours.

But let’s focus on the positive!

We live at a time when we can choose to feed our mind with the best people and the best quality content. Thanks to the Internet, we now have access to the top CEOs, athletes and artists who can give us their best tips. We have access to more information than the President of the US had even 20 years ago.

So if we are mindful, we can make sure we listen to the right content. And what we feed our mind with will direct the course of our life. If you listen to negative people and news, you’ll become negative. If you brainwash yourself with content from the best, you will tend to become a better version of yourself.

There is actually a scientific background to it. What we think becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I can’t think of anyone that explains it better than Dr Joe Dispenza. He combines neuroscience, quantum physics and ancient wisdom. That’s your video for Today.
